Gwinnett Police seek help in identifying alleged front door package thief caught on camera

Gwinnett Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who was caught stealing packages off the front door of a Gwinnett County home. According to a press release from Gwinnett County Police Department, on at least four occasions on Thursday, Dec. 7, officers assigned to the South Precinct responded to reports of packages stolen. These all occurred between 3:30 and 5 p.m. in the Lilburn and Snellville areas. One victim has a surveillance camera that captured the theft. The suspect is seen sealing the packages and then getting into the passenger seat of a blue Honda Accord-type vehicle. A description of the driver is not available.

Gwinnett County’s South Police Precinct provides services to unincorporated areas of Tucker, Lilburn, Stone Mountain, Centerville, Snellville, Loganville and Lawrenceville. The officers also work with the East Precinct to provide service to the incorporated City of Grayson.
