Gwinnett residents in Loganville can get free rabies shots for pets this weekend

LOGANVILLE, GA. – This weekend, pet owners with a 30052 address in Gwinnett can get rabies shots for their pets on Saturday. This is a joint effort by multiple Gwinnett County animal organizations. The clinic will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  on Saturday, Oct. 14, at the Bay Creek Park Pavilion in Loganville. You will just need to bring proof of residency, such as adriver’s license or utility bill.

Cats need to be in a carrier and dogs need to be in a crate or on a lease. Gwinnett County Animal Welfare  has 300 vaccines to administer Saturday. Volunteer interested in participating can fill out an application at www.volunteergwinnett.net.
