LCA to host annual Sporting Clay Tournament at Burge Plantation on March 26

Loganville Christian Academy’s 3rd Annual Sporting Clays Tournament will take place on Friday, March 26, 2021 at Burge Plantation in Mansfield, GA. 

After a hiatus last year due to COVID, LCA is excited to announce that their annual Sporting Clays Tournament is BACK this spring!  The goal of this annual event is to unite business owners, community leaders, LCA parents, and alumni through friendly competition that provides financial support to the school.

Originally designed to simulate hunting, sporting clays is now often described as “golf with a shotgun.” Clay targets are presented in a variety of unique woods and open field situations on a course that’s both challenging and fun.  This is a great chance to participate in a unique community event while supporting LCA and helping us carry out our mission to train students academically, spiritually, and socially for God’s call on their lives.

LCA’s Sporting Clays Tournament will take place at Burge Plantation, a historic 1000-acre private hunting, shooting, and family club located in nearby Mansfield, GA. All registrants will enjoy a delicious catered lunch and compete for a chance to win first place, second place, third place, and best overall individual shooter awards.

Registration is available as a 4-person team, 2-person team, or as an individual registration. Corporate sponsorships, which include team registrations, are also available.
