Shoppers taking in the sights and sounds of downtown Monroe Thursday, roasting marshmallows on the town square and getting in some last minute shopping, were also given a reminder of the true meaning of Christmas.
The Lighthouse World Outreach Center, presented its annual live nativity on the courthouse square.
