Loganville city officials to discuss annexations and rezonings for business park on Tuck Road

The City of Loganville will have its February work session at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 10, 2020 at City Hall located at 4303 Lawrenceville Road. The Agenda items include a series of annexations and rezonings and that would pave the way for a business park on 12 acres on Tuck Road. The properties are currently located in Walton County. The request is to annex it into the city and rezzone it to Commercial Highway.

The regular February voting session of the City Council will be at the same time and place on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2020. The public is invited to both meetings. The full agenda for Monday’s meeting follows.
