Loganville Donut Dash to support Special Olympics scheduled for Saturday

It’s not too late to register for the 5th Annual Loganville Police Department Donut Dash to support the Walton County Special Olympics. The event begins at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 27 and all proceeds support the 2018 Special Olympics.

This is the 5th Annual LPD Donut Dash the Police Department has arranged to help support the local Special Olympics. The money raised by this event now completely covers the $5,000 cost of transportation and then some each year, with more than $6,000 raised with each event.

The 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run is at Loganville High School, 100 Trident Trail, off Highway 78 in Loganville. It starts at 9 a.m. on Nov. 1. On site registration and check-in begins at 8 a.m.

Online registration is available at iracega.com or mail registration to Loganville Police Department – Donut Dash, 605 Tom Brewer Road, Loganville, GA 30052. The cost is $20 or $25 for on site registration. Checks must be made payable to Loganville Police Department.
