Loganville PD seeks help identifying suspect in gun shop burglary

The Loganville Police Department issued a BOLO (Be on the lookout) for a suspect in a burglary at Deaton Gun Store. According to Robbie Schwartz, spokesperson for the City of Loganville, LPD officers responded to the business at 3:46 a.m. on Saturday, March 3rd in response to an alarm call. When officers arrived, they noticed pry marks on the back door.

“Surveillance video showed a light-skinned black man, about 5 ‘ 8” tall with a chinstrap goatee wearing a white Reebok jacket entering the back door carrying a crowbar, flashlight and a light-colored backpack,” Schwartz said. “No items were stolen. The alarm scared the suspect off.”
