Fiona, a missing ginger cat, was last seen at her home in Michael Circle off Michael Etchison Road in Monroe on Friday and has not been home since. She was seen on Tuesday evening in the neighborhood, but ran off. It is possible she was frightened by heavy equipment that was being used to excavate the yard over the weekend.
