Missing Person: Gwinnett PD seek missing person who suffers from dementia

Gwinnett County Police Reports that Rosa Elia Escobedo (age 72) was found last night in DeKalb County.  She reportedly has been reunited with her family and appears to be in good health.

Initial Story

(Buford, Georgia)  North Precinct officers are currently investigating the case of a missing woman who suffers from dementia.  Rosa Elia Escobedo (age 72) was last seen at her home on Hosch Valley Road in Buford. It is believed that she left the home around 8 AM in a silver 2001 Toyota Corolla with GA license plate: WXJ924. Her current whereabouts are unknown.  She does not have her identification with her.

Ms. Escobedo is a Hispanic female who is about 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 140 lbs. She has grey hair and brown eyes.  Her specific clothing description is unknown.

An official Mattie’s Call declaration has been requested to the GBI.
