The 2025 Mistletoe in Monroe Christmas Tour of Homes will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2025. Ticket sales are now on sale and if you plan on definitely going, it is a good idea to get in on it early. Tickets sell out fast.
The Early Bird Special, at $25, is available until Nov. 10. After that, any tickets left will go at $30 a ticket until the event is sold out!
The annual Christmas tour of homes is co-hosted by the Monroe-Walton Center for the Arts and the Junior Woman’s Club. Monroe’s Christmas Tour is about “heart, history, and hometown charm.”
According to those organizing this event, “Our festive tour celebrates the beauty of real homes lovingly decorated for the season — from cozy historic cottages and thoughtfully restored mill houses to a stately mansion and a beautifully styled modern home. Each one reflects the creativity, warmth, and community spirit that make Monroe so special. Come experience the magic of Christmas in our small Southern town, where every door opens with a smile and every room tells a story.”
You are invited to enjoy a full day in Monroe’s historic downtown as well. You to shop and eat before or after the tour with specials from many of the downtown businesses and restaurants. More information on these will be added to the MWCA Facebook page so check back often before the event.
This year’s tour features seven private homes and two historic venues, each decked out in festive holiday style. Gather your family and friends, slip on your coziest Christmas sweater, and spend a magical day exploring some of the prettiest and most charming homes in our area.

Mistletoe in Monroe is a beloved annual tradition in Monroe, looked forward to every year by our community! It consists of tours of lovely local homes and is a vital fundraiser for Monroe-Walton Center for the Arts and the Monroe Junior Woman’s Club. Both non-profit organizations serve Walton County.
