Monroe City Council to consider moving of historic home at 257 Boulevard

The City of Monroe will have its May 2019 Committee Work Session and Called Council Meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at City Hall, N. Broad Street. Items on the agenda include a Transportation Alternative Program for the N. Broad, E. Highland and N. Lumpkin streets and a request to move a historic home at 257 Boulevard. The regular May monthly meeting and voting session takes place the following week, May 14, at the same time and place. The public is invited to attend both meetings.
