Monroe FFA seeks items for its 3rd annual Nursing Home Stocking drive

As the holidays roll around, Monroe Area High School FFA is starting its 3rd annual Nursing Home Stocking drive.
“For three years now they have collected items to go into stocking that they hand deliver to each resident at three different nursing homes,” said MAHS graduate Audra Corbin. “This event means so much to me since I was on the original team that created this event. We are trying to help spread the holiday cheer to some people who need it the most.”
The organizers are looking for items such as lotion, small puzzles, small games, stuffed animals and books, cookies and candies.
“We ask for them to be sugar free. We also ask for these items to be small enough to put into a stocking.  They could also use stockings,” Corbin added. “Any little bit helps.”
If you have any questions on where to drop off any items you have to donate, you can contact the current president of MAHS FFA at  or Corbin at
