Monroe PD Reports: Woman concerned about her soul mate stalking her

The City of Monroe reported the following incidents for the period March 23 – 29, 2018. Due to the length, this has been split into five parts. This is the third part. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

  • Dispute, Baron Dr., complainant advised that a named subject was punching holes in the wall.  Named subject was not on location at this time. Lease holder was not on location and appeared when she was on the phone with complainant she did not want the police notified.
  • Domestic dispute, South Madison, spoke with complainant, she stated that she and her sister were in an argument last night and that she wanted a report. The sister stated they were arguing about smoking weed in the house.
  • Warrant Attempt, Woodland Rd. Lindsey Burnsed on location with active probation warrant. Lindsey was taken into custody and transported to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office.
  • Suspicious Vehicle, Hwy 11 SB. Gold Truck unable to maintain lane. Driver was stopped and checked all ok.
  • Domestic Dispute, Mill Stone Bluff, reference to complainant and her husband being involved in a dispute. Warrant to be taken on husband for FV Simple Battery.
  • Meet with Officer, Holly Hill Road – complainant called to advise she believed her soul mate was stalking her. She could not advise the last date he was on scene and wanted the officer to see if her dad’s vehicle was impounded in Marietta. She was advised to call Marietta PD.  
  • Suspicious Person, Waffle House, Hwy 78/Unisia Dr.  White male on location asking people for a ride out of state. Officers made contact with subject who advised he was in Georgia working for a tree company and now he is stranded. Trying to get back to Tennessee. Subject was advised to contact FISH in the morning.  All ok.
  • Dispute, North Midland, complainant called reference to named subject being on location taking pills.  She was concerned for his safety. Subject was gone when officers arrived. Complainant advised a dispute did not take place she just wanted to get him medical attention.
  • Suspicious Person, Hwy 78, Waffle house employee stated the same male from prior call was still on location asking patrons for a ride and generally harassing people. Male subject was provided a ride to Athens by a third party prior to officer arrival.
  • Damage to Property, South Broad. St., complainant stated she and her boyfriend recently returned home and noticed an unknown subject threw a rock through their window. No evidence of attempted entry. Report taken
  • Escort due to being flagged down by female subject asked for officers to escort her to her home on Baker Street. Reference to her being concerned because she broke up with her boyfriend and she though he was following her and could be on location waiting on her. Female subject requested an extra patrol for the rest of the night. Female subject also asked if an officer could ride by her residence at 7am while she is leaving for work.
  • Loitering, Victory Dr., Bradley Arwood on location loitering through the closed down factory, He refused to inform officers of his destination or what he was doing in the area. Arwood was arrested for loitering and transported to WCSO without incident.
  • Meet with Officer, Walker Dr., reference to complainant calling because her stepson showed up at her house wanting to spend the night. Complainant advised that her stepson was kicked out of the residence due to drug use. Her stepson was sent on his way.
  • Suspicious Person, South Broad St./John’s Supermarket, reference to male subject walking in the roadway. He was advised to stay on the side walk all ok.
  • Warrant Service, South Bd. St., Ms. Jessica Rosales was on location with a valid warrant out of Oconee County. Jessica was arrested and taken to the Walton County Jail.
  • Civil Issue, West Spring St., Elite Storage had an agreement with a private party on the purchase of 10 to 13 thousand dollars’ worth steel.  The private party has already picked up the steel and refuses to pay.  Civil process was explained, and Elite was referred to the Magistrate Court.
  • Identity Fraud, South Broad St., reference to someone getting a credit card in complainant name. Report taken.
  • Dispute, North Broad St., complainant wanted to advise law enforcement that a black male by the name given was smoking marijuana in the area.  Area checked, and subject was not located.
  • Domestic Dispute, Mill Creek Way, reference to complainant verbally disputing with his step-daughter. Parties were separated, Report taken.
  • Dispute, 4th St., reference to two females verbally disputing. One female was gone when officers arrived.
  • Burglary, South Broad St., couple advised they have been in the process of moving out of their trailer. They stated that an unknown individual(s) entered the residence sometime in the past week and a half and caused damage in access of $500 to the trailer. No items were reported missing and no personal property was found to be damaged.
  • Warrant Attempt, West Creek Circle, reference to male subject in the area on foot. Officer made contact and subject fled on foot toward Monroe Estates. Subject was tased but the probes did not penetrate his jacket. A use of force report to be completed.
