Monroe Rotary Club president Patti Souther was on hand to award the first of three Scholarships aware by the Monroe Rotary Club. The scholarship, awarded for Scholarship Above Self, was awarded to Ansley Myers, of Walnut Grove High School at the 2018 Senior Awards Program earlier this week.
