Between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., if you swing by the Monroe Museum parking lot you can pick up a Northern Red Oak tree seedling in honor of Arbor Day 2021 – and the City of Monroe’s Bicentennial Celebration. On Nov. 30, 2021, the City of Monroe officially turns 200.
