MPD Reports: Dispute call to stop others talking so intoxicated complainant could sleep

The City of Monroe Police Department reported the following incident reports for the period Feb. 25 – March 4, 2021. Due to the length, this report has been split into five parts. This is the fourth part. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

Fight – Lacy St. to 16-year-old male subject fighting with multiple subjects over the mother of his child, including his mother. Report made. 

Dispute – Stokes St. to a dispute between a male and female on location. Subject came to the residence to pick up her 14-year-old son and advised her husband who grew upset about it. Situated was mediated, no FV crime occurred. 

Sexual Assault – Breedlove Dr. Ridgeview. In reference to a 27-year-old male who claimed to be sexually assaulted by another patient. It was determined during the investigation no assault took place. 

Dispute – Pine Park St. In reference to the complainant advising their child’s father took their debit card and is refusing to return it. Debit Card was returned, situated mediated. 

Dispute – Bridgeport Ln. In reference to the complainant’s boyfriend on location who is intoxicated and verbally arguing. No argument took place. Complainant just wished to go to sleep with no talking in the residence. 

Dispute – Nowell St. In reference to the complainant advising that there was some type of dispute. Complainant advised that he just wanted juveniles to leave his residence and they would not. Juveniles were gone upon officer arrival. All ok. 

Extra Patrol – Lakeview Dr. In reference to the complainant’s 77-year-old mother who lives on location and is concerned about their belongings being moved in their vehicle. However nothing was stolen. Requested extra patrol to make sure all was ok. While patrolling the area Officer observed a suspicious vehicle on the side of the road. The vehicle was the VW Stolen from Ridge Road reference case. Supplemental added. 

Stolen Vehicle – Lakeview Drive In reference to a vehicle in the roadway coming back as stolen out of MPD. Vehicle was recovered and transported for processing. 

Entering Auto – South Broad Street: In reference to the complainants’ vehicle entered. Complainant advised that he needed to get to work and would call later for a report. 

Dispute – West Spring Street (Piedmont Walton Hospital): In reference to a Mental Patient trying to leave the hospital. All okay. 

Stolen Vehicle – Lakeview Drive: In reference to a 2012 Mazda CX-9 taken from the complainants’ driveway at 0519 hours this date. The doorbell camera captured the incident. Vehicle has a black and yellow Brunel Almuni sticker on back glass, and the driver front wheel well trim is missing. Vehicle placed on GCIC, and a BOLO announced. 

Damage To Property – Lacy Street: In reference to damage done to the complainant’s vehicle. Report made. 

Entering Auto – Lake View Drive in reference to a Ford Explorer truck was entered and a S&W Shield was stolen out of it. The pistol was placed on GCIC. 

Theft – South Broad Street (Chevron): In reference to a large sum on money was taken from the machines. CID was contacted. Report made. 

Animal Problem – South Hubbard Street. Complainant stated his Pit bull ran away, and he has located it in the backyard of Mobley Circle. Officer was not able to make contact with anyone at Mobley Circle. Complainant had no way of proving the ownership of the K9. Will return to Mobley Circle when someone is home to speak with about the K9.
