MPD Reports: Naked tantrum, domestic disputes and complaint of sex on a car

The City of Monroe Police Department reported the following incidents for the period Nov. 2 – 8, 2018. Due to the length, this report has been split into four parts. This is the second part. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.

  • Welfare Check, East Spring St. Motel Inn. Met with a husband who was claiming that his wife is cheating on him at the motel. No one was on scene with him; he stated that he is taking male enhancement medication. All ok.
  • Agency Assist, MLK JR BLVD/Michael Etchison Dr., reference to standing by with GSP while they searched a car. All Ok.
  • Suspicious Person, downtown while patrolling downtown on Bike Patrol Officers located Mr. Ye Lue Walking downtown Crossing the Street. Mr. Lue was found to have an active arrest warrant out of Duluth PD he was arrested and transported to the jail.
  • Suspicious Vehicle, 4th St. reference to a white Pontiac parked on the street. The complainant was concerned the school bus would not be able to get past the vehicle. Officer made contact with the owner, he stated he would move the vehicle before the bus comes. Everything on location ok.
  • Juvenile Complain, Bryant Rd., reference to a female who suffers from mental issues, refusing to go to school. Officer assisted the mother and school system with getting the female inside vehicle.
  • Suspicious Vehicle, West Spring St., reference to a blue Dodge Avenger. The vehicle belongs to an employee of Taco Bell who moved the vehicle, all okay.
  • Verbal Dispute, Knight St., caller advised a black male juvenile possibly by the name of “PeeWee” has been riding his bicycle by his house and calling him derogatory names. Officers attempted to make contact with the subject but could not locate.
  • Suspicious Vehicle, Highway 78 Westbound near Marable Street Bridge in reference to a vehicle driving reckless. Area checked with negative contact.
  • Verbal Dispute, Custom Way, reference to complainant disputing with an unknown male subject. Officer spoke with two male subjects who advised the subjects were GOA. Everything on location ok.
  • Theft/Damage to Property, East Spring St (Walton Security Storage) Contact was made with the Property Manager and she advised multiple units had been damaged and possibly broken into. Unknown at the time of the call on the list of victims. The cameras that point to the damaged units had been pushed upwards and away from the unit. Report Taken
  • Threats, North Madison Ave., complainant advised that named subject rode by her house and yelled obscenities. The complainant was not home when the incident occurred. She was advised of available remedies.
  • Unknown Problem, Hickory Dr./East Marable St. Complainant advised they heard noises that sounded like someone disputing. Checked area with negative contact.
  • Harassment, Ridge Rd., reference to a male subject following complainant in his vehicle and spitting in her face during a verbal dispute. WTBT on the male subject for Simple Assault.
  • DOA, Nicholas Court, reference to deceased person CID notified and the scene was turned over to the County Coroner. Report taken.
  • Theft Report, North Madison Ave., complainant advised someone stole $840 cash from her daughter’s room. No suspects.
  • Suspicious Person, Great Oaks Dr., reference to named male subject walking in and out of the woods, possibly stripping copper wire. No evidence of copper wire stripping and a male subject was warned to stay out of the woods.
  • Verbal Dispute, Tanglewood Dr., reference to sister disputing with her juvenile brother over missing money. Situation mediated
  • Civil Matter, South Broad St., Monroe Police Department Lobby. The subject had questions about her divorce process and what to do with the property.
  • Suspicious Vehicle, Green St., reference to a black Nissan Maxima with a broken antenna driving recklessly in the area. Vehicle GOA.
  • Dispute, West Spring St., Little Caesars, reference to customers being disruptive. The store did not wish to make report due to subjects leaving before law enforcement officers went on the scene.
  • Juvenile Complaint Old Mill Point, reference to named juvenile shooting BB Gun which went in another juvenile’s direction. Spoke with named juvenile and mother about the situation.
  • Civil Matter, Walton Rd., reference to wanting civil advice about divorce proceedings and how to get her husband to leave her alone
  • Traffic Accident, Hwy 138, reference to a three-car accident.  Driver one fled on foot and was located by an officer at Chick-Fil-A.  He attempted to run away but was detained.  He was brought back to the accident scene and turned over to the Trooper working the accident.
  • Wanted Person, West Creek Circle, reference to Antonio Stanford with a parole violation. Stanford arrested and transported to Piedmont Walton due to heavy intoxication. Then released to Walton County Sheriff’s Office.
  • Dispute, West Marable St., reference to female subject getting drunk and believing her boyfriend was cheating on her. MED unit called due to her high blood pressure and she was taken to ER.  No Dispute or Domestic occurred.  All Ok.
  • Suspicious Activity, Tall Oaks East, reference to a female subject having a mental episode and seeing people.  Relatives took her to the hospital.
  • Suspicious Vehicle, Davis St., reference to a vehicle being on location. The vehicle belongs to the neighbor and was advised to move the vehicle onto his property.
  • Dispute, Glenwood Dr., reference to Victoria Beam causing an issue within the home. She was naked throwing things around the home and was found to be in a bedroom when law enforcement officers arrived. She was asked to leave the property by the homeowner and refused. She refused to comply with law enforcement officers commands and was arrested on citation. Criminal trespass issued to Victoria Beam.
  • Suspicious Vehicle in area of East Washington St. Blue passenger car with dark tinted windows driving slowly through the area. Made contact with the vehicle on Highland Ave./Broad St. Driver was out driving and clearing his head due to being stressed out at work.
  • Suspicious Persons, Church St., reference to 3 black males hanging around a house. Area checked and negative contact with anyone.
  • Suspicious Person, West Spring St., reference to a male subject at Huddle House disoriented and confused. Located Family member who took subject home.
  • Suspicious Person, East Marable St., a male subject on site at church. Says he is waiting on the pastor to come to work.  Sent on his way.
  • Dispute, West Spring St., Walmart, reference to male subject loitering at Walmart. He was issued a criminal trespass warning and given a ride to Loganville at his request.
  • Dispute, Rose Ison Terrace, reference to a dispute between a complainant and her cousins’ mother.  The cousins’ mother was charged with DOC.
  • EMS Assist, East Spring St., Sunshine Cleaners, reference to a male subject on location needing to go to the hospital.  Transported by EMS.
  • Dispute, Ash St., reference to a female subject not taking her medication and having issues. Taken to cousin’s house on Lew Lacy St. to calm down.
  • Juvenile Complaint area of Heritage Ridge. Teens having sex on a car. Checked area and had negative contact.
  • Dispute, East Marable, made contact with several residences in reference to a welfare check. All residents were ok, and deputies checked the outside of the residence before leaving.
