Obituary and funeral arrangements: Marci Ann Salyer, 41, of Monroe

Marci Ann Salyer, 41, of Monore, passed away at 6:30 AM, Friday, March 24, 2017 at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, GA.

She was born May 11, 1975 in Decatur, GA to Larry and Glenda Hilliard. She married Webster Salyer, Jr. on August 29, 1998. She is survived by her loving husband Webster, her two sons Walker and Mason, her Mother and Father Glenda and Larry Hilliard many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins who loved her dearly. Marci was a long time resident of Monroe where she lived since her marriage at the age of 23. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 1998 and was an interior designer and loving mother. She loved to spend time with her family at the lake, she enjoyed watching her boys excel in multiple sports. She enjoyed watching UGA football and visiting with friends and family as much as possible.

The visitation is from 3 PM until 5 PM on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at the Meadows Funeral Home, 760 Hwy 11 SE, Monroe, GA 30655. The funeral service will follow on Monday, March 27 at 3:00pm at the Meadows Funeral Home. Reverend Todd Ware will be officiating. The burial will be at Hill Haven Memory Gardens.
