David R. Johnson, age 81 of Loganville, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 14, 2026 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral with Pastor Abbie Hendrix officiating. Interment will follow at Lorraine Assembly of God Cemetery, 4140 Union Church Road, McDonough, GA.
David was a master carpenter and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, W.E. and Willie (Clotfelter) Johnson and his loving wife in 2025, Jo Johnson. David is survived by his children, Beth and John Warren of Loganville, Andy Johnson of Loganville, Abbie and Cain Hendrix of Loganville, Jody Johnson of Social Circle, Amanda and Daniel Korpi of Loganville; 16 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sister & brother-in-law, Nancy and Darrell Henderson of Conyers; many nieces and nephews.
