James C. Haralson, age 83 of Loganville, GA, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 23, 2024 at Sharon Baptist Church, 5690 S. Sharon Church Road, Loganville, GA with Rev. Glenn Stephens officiating. Interment will follow at Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery.
James served his country honorably in the United States Air Force. He worked as a Mail Carrier for the United States Postal Service prior to retiring. James was a dedicated member of Sharon Baptist Church where he served faithfully as a deacon. He was preceded in death by parents, James Oliver and Ann Laura (Brown) Haralson; brother, David Haralson; sister, Sandra McCue; son-in-law, Raymond Hardin. Surviving are his loving wife of 61 years, Margie Haralson of Loganville, GA; daughter, Karla Hardin of Monroe, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Curtis and Lisa Haralson of Covington, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Kathy Haralson of SC; sisters and brothers-in-law, Rosemary and John Bradford of Snellville, GA and Pamela and Mike Thompson of Grayson, GA; grandchildren, Beth and Ron Bolton, Allen and Julie Hardin, Brandon Lester, Jackie and Drew Carroll; great grandchildren, D.J. Moon, Trenton Hardin, Emily Schrier, Parker Schrier and Finn Hardin; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
