Rose Ewing Archer, age 92 of Loganville, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2026. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Bold Springs Church, 7625 Bold Springs Church Road, Monroe, with Pastor Ric Turpin and Pastor Tommy Scoggins officiating. The family will receive friends 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Friday, October 23, 2026 at Tim Stewart Funeral Home in Loganville.
Rose was a lifelong member of Bold Springs Church and the owner of Loganville Flower Basket for many years. She loved traveling, flower design, quilting, crocheting and needlepoint. Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Archer; parents, Alvin and Ruth (Pettit) Ewing; and brother, A.B. Ewing, Jr. She is survived by her daughters & sons-in-law, Janet and Frank Nesbitt of Madison, Jean and Chris Gallman of Loganville, Margaret and Kenneth Peters of Monroe, Nita and Mike Wheeler of Loganville; grandchildren, Amy Beam, Todd and Sheena Greeson, Emily Gallman, Alex and Lora Gallman, Ruthanne and Justan Thornton, Rosemary Peters, Dylan and Laramie Wheeler, Natalie Wheeler; 6 great grandchildren; brother, Henry Ewing of Dacula; several nieces and nephews.
