Ashley Diane (Kilgore) Acton of Loganville, GA died at her home on Saturday, November 10th, after a long courageous battle with cancer.
She was preceded in death by great-grandparents; Marvin and Louise Fitts; great-grandmother, Ruby Hickman; grandparents, Bill and Iris Kilgore; and uncle, Jeffrey Hickman.
She is survived by her husband, Tony Acton; parents, Patti and Gerald Kilgore; and brother, Aaron Kilgore, all of Loganville, GA; great-grandfather, Eugene Hickman of Decatur, GA; great-grandparents, CB and Mildred Clonts of Temple, GA; grandparents, Gene and Diane Hickman of St. Mountain, Ga; aunt, Karen (Alex) Fuhrmann of Paisley, FL; and uncle, Chris(Jeanette) Hickman of Monroe, GA. Also, several great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, countless friends, her three sweet kitties, Littles, Umbra and Storm and one crazy dog, Odin.
Ashley graduated from Loganville High School in 2007, University of Georgia in 2011 with a B.S. in Anthropology, and Athens Tech in 2015 with a Veterinary Technician degree.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, Nov. 13, 4pm-8pm. Memorial service is Wednesday, Nov. 14, at 11 am at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel.
