Barbara Ann Burel, age 76 of Loganville, GA, passed away on November 1, 2017. She was preceded in death by her son, Steven Alan Burel; and parents, Hugh C. and Mary R. Stephens. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, William Greg Burel & Sandra Stine; daughter-in-law, Elaine Burel; and grandchildren, Julia Burel, Christopher Burel, and Kristianna McDaniel;
Ms. Burel retired from the Atlanta Journal Constitution. She was a beloved friend of many in the Wildwood subdivision in Loganville.
The Funeral Service to honor and celebrate the life of Barbara Ann Burel will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel. Dr. James Lee will be officiating the service. Interment will follow at Hill Haven Memory Gardens, Monroe, GA. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
