Obituary and funeral services: Belinda Pruden, 59, of Monroe

Belinda Pruden, age 59, of Monroe passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, August 20, 2017 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Theresa Coleman will officiate.
Mrs. Pruden is survived by; husband of 35 years: Robert Pruden; sons: Christopher & Daniel Pruden; sister & brother-in-law: Beverly & Don Trotter; sister & brother-in-law: Barbara & Walt Beck; sister: Brenda White; brother & sister-in-law: Gary & Maria Binkley; oversized lap dog: Angel. Mrs. Pruden proudly raised two Eagle Scouts & helped countless others. She had a heart as big as the outdoors & loved her family, camping, & Boy Scouts. Not only was Mrs. Pruden crafty & artistic, she was a homeschool teacher, nurse, electronic engineer, mentor, wife, mother, caregiver & loyal friend who had a 2nd degree black belt in Tang Soo Do. She was well traveled and had a long Boy Scout Career with over 15 years of accomplishments such as: Wood Badge graduate, Order of the Arrow, Venture Crew Advisor, Commissioner of Walton Co., Scout Leader, Camp Leader, sat on Eagle Boards, friends of Kings Queens and world leaders & multiple others.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Boy Scout Troop #535 P.O. Box 511 Loganville, GA 30052. The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM on Saturday, August 19, 2017 & from 1:30- 3 PM on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at Tim Stewart Funeral Home: 670 Tom Brewer Rd.
