Charlotte Durden Nash was born January 31, 1926 in Loganville, GA, and she went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 1, 2017. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Norman Nash; and her parents, John and Dovie Durden; her sisters, Polly Anderson, Lynda Atha , Mackie Knight and Lamar Wilson; brother, JW. Durden; son in law, Larry Watkins. She is survived by her daughter, Marcia Watkins; sons and daughters in law, John and Barbara Nash, Mark and Pam Nash, Joe and Carmela Nash; she was a beloved grandmother to 14 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren; sister, Vivian Clower; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mrs. Nash was a charter member of Westside Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family, church family and many friends. She was loved by all and will be missed by all that knew her.
The funeral service to honor and celebrate the life of Charlotte Durden Nash will be held on Monday, July 3, 2017 at, 11:00 AM, Westside Baptist Church, 2925 Main Street West, Snellville, GA 30078. Rev. David Gilleland and Rev. Ben Lehmann will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, Snellville, GA. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 2, 2017 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel, Snellville, GA.
