Cora Whitley Lambert, age 91 of Monroe passed away on October 20, 2018. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, in the Monroe Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Jim Moore will officiate. Interment will be at 1 PM at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens in Snellville. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 32 years, Wallace Donald Lambert in 1988; parents, Paul Needham & Emmilyn (Henderson) Whitley and she is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Eric & Lorrie Lambert of Monroe; granddaughter & grandson-in-law, Misty & Will Townsend of Monroe; grandson, Jacob Lambert of Monroe; great-grandsons, Nathan & Mason Townsend of Monroe.
