Obituary and funeral services — Don M. Jones, 84

Don M. Jones was born on December 7, 1933 and passed on Sunday, November 18, 2018 of a respiratory ailment.  He is survived by his wife, Shirley F. Jones, and six daughters, Sonya J. Briscoe, Karen Davis, Katherine Richey, Rhonda Hawk, Ginger Carmin, and Julie Whitmore, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Don was a much-beloved figure in Walton County and, as a lawyer, highly respected by his clients and the legal community. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2018, with a Memorial Service immediately following at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel at the Meadows Funeral Home located at 760 Highway 11 in Monroe GA.
