Helen Foster Archer, age 66, of Loganville passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, January 26, 2018 at New Testament Baptist Church in Loganville. The body will be placed in state at 10:00 AM. Rev. Mickey Oliver will officiate. Interment will follow at Woodbine Cemetery, Jefferson, GA. Helen was a member of New Testament Baptist Church and retired from Walmart in Loganville. She was preceded in death by her husband: J.W. Archer in 2016. She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law: Amy & Marty Billings of Loganville; grandchildren: Caleb & Kali Billings, Cody Billings, Cord Billings & Carson Billings; sister: Mary Collins of Conyers.
