The funeral of James Carlton Lemonds, Jr. will take place at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 9, at the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mt. Vernon Christian Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 – 8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018.
