Obituary and funeral services: Jimmy P. Ferguson, 87, of Loganville

Jimmy P. Ferguson, age 87 of Loganville, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2018. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 18, 2018, at the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Pastor Ken Dove and Rev. Watson Swope will officiate. Interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Jimmy retired from the City of Atlanta with many years of service and served his country honorably in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean (Keeton) Ferguson. Jimmy is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, John (Terry) and Connie Ferguson of Lawrenceville; his son and companion, Allen Ferguson and Barbara Johnson of Loganville; grandchildren, Dustin and Nikki Ferguson of Loganville, Cory Ferguson of Loganville, Jessica Ferguson Rodriguez and Cory Rodriguez of Scarborough, Maine; great-grandchildren, Kayden, Ty and Hannah Grace Ferguson, and Oliver Rodriguez; several nieces and nephews.
