Joyce Griffin, age 62 of Monroe, passed away on February 24, 2017 after fighting a brave battle with cancer. Memorial Services will be held at 6:30 P.M. Monday, February 27, 2017 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. David Simpson and Michael Sikes will officiate.Joyce graduated in 1972 from Berkmar High School where she played basketball and ran track. She worked for nearly 40 years in the Banking Industry. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years Randle Lloyd Griffin; Daughter & Son-in-law: Amanda & Michael Sikes of Decatur, AL; Son & Daughter-in-law: Bryan & Joy Griffin of Gainesville, GA; Brother & Sister-in-law: Bobby & Wanda Kirkpatrick of Grayson, GA; Sister & Brother-in-law: Donna & Mike O’Connell; Grandchildren: Griffin Sikes, Stella Sikes, Jacob Griffin and Rhett Griffin.
