Margie Caroline Lovins, age 89 of Loganville, Georgia, formerly of Williamson, West Virginia, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019. Margie was the devoted wife of Luther Lovins for 59 years. They were members of Chattaroy Missionary Baptist Church in Williamson. Margie is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, and her beloved husband Luther. In 2007 Margie moved to Loganville, Georgia and at that time she became a member of Woodlake Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She is survived by her two daughters, Linda Napier (Oscar) of Loganville, Georgia, and Susan Bowman (J.R.) of Erwin, Tennessee; five granddaughters, Kristen Sanders, Amy Sapp, Laura Beth Fletcher, Sarah Anne Heil, and Ashlee Hubbard-Heitz; seven great-grandchildren and two sisters, Ann Queen and Barbara Carroll. Margie will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Funeral Services for Mrs. Lovins will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at Woodlake Baptist Church beginning with visitation at 11:00 am followed by the funeral service at 12:00 noon officiated by Pastor Jerry Grey. A Graveside Service will be held Friday, March 22, 2019, at 12 noon at Fairview Cemetery in Williamson, West Virginia. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Margie’s name to Woodlake Baptist Church Legacy Fund, 3940 Highway 138, Covington, GA 30014.
