Reguina Arra Wallace, age 92, formerly of Social Circle, passed away on June 30, 2018. She was born in Florida on August 22, 1925 to the late Ray Phillips and the late Rubyee Randall Phillips.
Mrs. Wallace was preceded in death by her husbands, the late Billy Ross Tolbert and the late Jimmy Wallace; sisters the late Marjorie Greenway and the late Agnes Shipp.
She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Pam and Greg Lawson of Aiken, SC, Becky Hood of Powder Springs, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Carolyn Tolbert of Marietta, GA; grandchildren, Jessica Overstreet, Jonathan Lawson, Daniel Lawson, Hank Forehand, Lauren Holley, Kimberly Purcell, and sixteen wonderful great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with Jim Harshman officiating. Interment will follow at Social Circle City Cemetery.
