Rev. Roger D. Ramey of Monroe, Georgia, born November 2,1945 left this world for his Heavenly home on July 10,2018.A candlelight service will be held on August 11, 2018 at 8:30pm located at Lake Varner in Covington on Alcovy Road. The Eulogy will be delivered by his brother Rev. Jack Ramey.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Rev. CD & Myrtice (Worley) Ramey and his sister Lois Ramey of Walton County. He is survived by his wife, Faye Ramey, and his children Ann & James Ward of Winder, Jackie & Sue Herring of Monroe, David Ramey of Buford and Darlene & Jeremy Shannon of Conyers. He is survived by his grandchildren Aaron & Melissa Ward; Cheyenne Taylor; Lia knight,Jaxon & Jeremy Brett Shannon as well as several great grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings Melvin Ramey; Jimmy Ramey;Jack Ramey; Lamar Ramey; Donald Ramey & Mary (Ramey) Edmondson and numerous nieces and nephews.
