
A Graveside Service Honoring the Life of Mr. Durden will be held Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 2:00pm at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation prior to service, 1:00pm-2:00pm at the funeral home. Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Dorothy Mosley Durden, his son, Michael Durden of Loganville; daughters, Cherie and Everett Chapman of Loganville, Sheila Moulder of Flowery Branch, Beverly Brock of Loganville; sisters, Shirley and Jimmy Toler, Gloria Smith; brother, Bobby Durden; grandchildren, Dorothy and Katie Moulder, Rachel and Betsy Brock, Jason and Justin Chapman; great-grandchildren, Dylan and Kyleigh Rickman; many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Durden was born in Loganville, Georgia (Walton County) on May 29, 1932 to Edward Durden and Mamie Runelle Still. He was a Teamster for over 40 years and worked as a Truck Driver for Complete Auto Transit. He loved to fish and hunt but his greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
