Chance Wade, age 20 of Monroe, GA, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd at 2120 HD Atha Rd, Monroe, GA beginning at 5:00 p.m.
Chance was a 2024 graduate of Walnut Grove High School and attended Athens Tech. He was an intellectual young man with a strong work ethic who enjoyed spending time with friends, playing sports such as golf, soccer, and fishing. He was passionate about gaming/computers, his dogs and you could always count on him for a sarcastic comeback. Chance was a loving partner, son, and brother.
He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, John Horn and Jerry Wade. He is survived by his parents, Jesse and Donna (Horn) Wade of Monroe; sister and brother-in-law, Chasiti and Jeremy Jones of Oxford; grandmothers, Gloria Horn of Monroe and Yvonne Wade of Loganville; great grandfather, Ronnie Adams of Monroe, many aunts, uncles, cousins, numerous family and friends.
