Darrin Lee Book passed away peacefully on December 19, 2020 at the age of 41, in Hampton, Virginia. He was born on May 8, 1979 in Onaway, Michigan. A Celebration of Life was held at 2 PM on Sunday, January 3, 2020 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Steve Williams officiated. The family received friends prior to the service from 12 PM until 2 PM.
Darrin is survived by his wife, Selena Book; daughter, Brittany Wright of Smith River, CA; son, Jacob Book of Carrollton; grandson, Jaxon Wright of Smith River, CA; mother, Josephine Brumfield of Cornelia; father, Charlie Brumfield of Cornelia; sister, Debbie Book of Winder; sister, Christina Fogarty of Loganville; sister, Jennifer Thornton of Danielsville; brother, Derek McCurry of Lapeer, MI; nieces & nephews, Stephanie Henderson, Jeromie Koppen, Jessie O’Quinn, Dalton O’Quinn, Issac Book, Hunter Fogarty, Camery Barnett, Bradley Thornton, Shane Thornton, Kiya McCurry, and Rider McCurry.
