Erma Ruth Cardwell, age 77 of Good Hope, GA passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024, A Graveside Service was held at 1:30 PM on Friday, July 19, 2024 at Good Hope Christian Church Cemetery, 390 Hwy 186, Good Hope, GA 30641 with Pastor David Shivar officiating.
Erma retired from New York Life Ins. Co. as a Claims Adjuster and was a member of Prince Avenue Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell E. and Elizabeth J. (Carmen) Rhodes. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Don Cardwell of Good Hope; son and daughter in law; Keith and Tiffany Cardwell of Loganville; daughter and son-in-law; Lori and Brian Bell of Good Hope; grandson, Colton Cardwell; brothers, Barlow Rhodes, Eddie Rhodes, Russell Rhodes; sister, Linda Tieman and many nieces and nephews.
