He is survived by; daughter & son-in-law: Rhonda & Jim Raker, Loganville, GA; son & daughter-in-law: James & Diane Blair, Loganville, GA; son: Frank Blair, Kirkwood, NY; son: Kevin Blair, FL; grandchildren: Kendall Raker, Kyle Blair, Joey Blair, Whitney Blair, Michael Blair, Amanda Blair, Scott Blair, Rebekah Woods; 3 great grandchildren.
