Jim Woodward, age 80 of Loganville, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
Jim was an accountant for the U.S. Department of Labor prior to retirement. He enjoyed cooking barbecue for his loving family, making everyone laugh, teaching Sunday School, and putting everyone else before himself. Jim loved sports and if it was between seasons, you would hear Andy Griffith whistling in the background.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Dollie (Sapp) Woodward; and brother, Oscar Woodward, Jr. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Linda Woodward; sons & daughters-in-law, David Patrick (Michelle) Woodward, Brian (Amy) Woodward; granddaughters, Autumn Woodward and Ella Woodward; sister, Bonnie Sharp.
