Ronald L. (Ronnie) Stephens, age 84 of Monroe, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024. He was born on June 16, 1940 to the late Gaynell Prickett Stephens and to the late James Thomas Stephens.
Surviving Ronnie are daughters, Susan Shelton, Sandi (Craig) Vincent; son, Ron (Debbie) Stephens; sisters, Gail (Neal) Gunter and Jan Chancey; fifteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A visitation was held from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm Sunday September 29, 2024 at Meadows Funeral Home in Monroe. A memorial service followed at 3:15 pm, Sunday September 29, 2024 in the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home, with Dr. Todd Ware officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Lindsey-Garrett American Legion Post 64.
