Thomas Eugene Carter, age 89 of Loganville, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026. A Funeral Service was held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Pastor Rando Acres officiating. Interment followed at Center Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, 6372 Highway 20, Loganville. The family received friends 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM prior to the service.
Eugene worked as a truck driver for Johnson Freight Line prior to retiring. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 66 years, Carol (Baker) Carter; parents, Early Thomas and Beatrice (Johnson) Carter; and brother, Lee Roy Carter.
Eugene is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Debra Jean and Daniel McKee of Snellville; grandchildren and their spouses, Brendan Drew (Ashli) McKee of Atlanta and Erin Kayne (Michelle) McKee of Gainesville; great grandson, Brayden Carter McKee of Gainesville; great granddaughter, Violet Harper McKee; sister, Joyce J.
