Tommy Michael Yancey, 47, of Monroe, Georgia, passed away peacefully with his wife at his side in hospice care on September 18, 2017. Memorial service was held at Faith Baptist Church on Saturday, September 30th, 2017. Michael was preceded in death by his father Millard Yancey. Survived by his mother, Gladys Yancey, wife, Allison Yancey, daughter Madison Yancey, son Coty Yancey, sisters Vickie Hooks, Nancy Whelchel, brothers David and Ricky Yancey, many nieces, great nieces and a nephew.
He enjoyed his spending time with his family a few close friends. Michael owned and operated a tree service for 20 plus years, and then drove an asphalt truck until becoming ill.
