PCA joins GCAA in announcing $2,500.00 scholarship opportunity for eligible students

Decatur, Georgia——Partnership for Community Action, Inc joins with the Georgia Community Action Association in announcing the availability of a two thousand five hundred-dollar ($2,500.00) Scholarship to be awarded on a statewide basis to a Georgia resident who is currently attending a post high school institution or has been accepted at an educational institution.  The individual must be income eligible in accordance with the Community Services Block Grant guidelines and be successfully judged a winner in an essay competition.  The essay is to be entitled “What Has the Community Action Movement Meant to My Community.”  The Georgia Community Action Association is a professional associating composed of twenty (20) member agencies from across the State, one of which is Partnership for Community Action.
