Station #3 features high-efficiency lighting, HVAC, and plumbing
A ribbon-cutting and grand opening ceremony for Walton County’s new Fire Station #3 will be held Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at 10 a.m. The station is located at 1085 GA Highway 81, Loganville.

The new station is 6,300 square feet and is equipped with high-efficiency lighting, HVAC units, and plumbing fixtures which will reduce future operational costs. The station features two bays, and will house one new fire engine, one district truck, and one ambulance. A total of five personnel will man this station around the clock, including one firefighter assigned to the fire engine, one firefighter and one captain assigned to the district truck, and one paramedic and one EMT assigned to the ambulance.
“We are so pleased to be able to officially open this new Fire Station #3 to serve the citizens of Walton County,” said Walton County Board of Commissioners Chairman Kevin Little. “Citizen safety is a top-priority for Walton County Government, and this SPLOST-funded fire station will ensure that all of our residents and businesses continue to receive superior fire service.”
