Monroe, GA 2018 – The Sears Hometown Store of Monroe GA, has been named a 2018 “Sears Hometown Premier Store” for consistently offering the highest level of customer service, as well as outstanding store performance and quality standards.

Located in the Great Oaks Plaza at 500 Great Oaks Dr., the Monroe store was one of only 319 locations throughout the company’s 570-plus unit system to receive this national recognition this past quarter.

As part of this honor, each Premier Store will be given the opportunity to participate in special events along with other Premier Stores throughout the year.

Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. in Monroe is owned and operated by Syed, as he made know in a post on his Facebook page when Sears Holdings initially filed for bankruptcy last year.
“Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. is not part of the bankruptcy filing by Sears Holdings Corporation. Although we have business relationships with Sears Holdings, we are a publicly owned company that separated from Sears Holdings in 2012,” he said in the post. “We are a national retailer primarily focused on selling home appliances, lawn and garden equipment, tools and hardware. Our dealers are independent business people who are actively involved in their businesses and their communities.”
So remains business as usual at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores in Monroe.
