Inspiration for your home … and your soul … right here!
As our Members’ Show is winding down, you may wonder – what’s next? Our Walton County Student Shows start up next week with the Elementary Show opening Wednesday, Feb. 5.  (The photo above is last year’s show.) The closing Reception is Feb. 20.  This is everyone’s favorite show – so full of wonder and happy energy!  Drop by for a mood-lifting getaway!

Following the elementary show, we have the middle school and high school shows – both are fabulous.

For you artists, you will want to note the REGIONAL JURIED SHOW. It runs May 1 – June 10.

Our Juried Regional Show is an open call to all artists – members and non-members alike.  A juried art show is one at which prospective artists will submit their works for review by a panel of jurors. Not all works will be chosen.  It is quite an honor to make it into a juried art show!  A fee of $35 covers up to three submissions per artist.

Pieces for review will be dropped off April 25 – 27. Drop by the center for an entry form or email our Gallery committee and one will be emailed to you.

Cash awards are offered in first, second and third place in three categories: 2D (this encompasses works on canvas – paintings, mixed media, etc. –  and other works that can only be viewed from one side), photography and 3D (this encompasses works that can be viewed from all sides – sculpture, pottery, etc.).  Also Best in Show.
