Summer Member Art Show winners announced at reception

Forty artists and almost 120 fabulous works make a wonderful Members Show … add live music, some refreshments and awards … and it all adds up to a grand Opening Reception.

Many thanks to all our member-artists who entered this exhibition.  Our judge said she had a very difficult time choosing the winners and that we have a lot of talent in our town!  Congratulations to you all!

Dewan Hammond‘s charcoal drawing, “Rachel”, won first place in our 2-D category. (Photos are contributed)

Our judge was Victoria Cooke, Director of Art Galleries for the University of North Georgia.

Our Members Show continues through September 7.  We are a family-friendly gallery with special activities for the littles — bring the kids/grandkids and come on by!
