Trunk and Treat and Fall Festivals scheduled for month end

October is the month that Fall Festival and Trunk and Treat events take place at many local churches. If you are looking for a place to take the children to safely celebrate the start of Fall 2017, here is a list of some events at local churches. If you have an event that does not appear on this list and you would like to share it with the community, please email sharon@waltonliving.com and we will add it to the calendar. We will share the information periodically between now and the end of the month.

Grace Baptist Church, 110 Mears St., Monroe. Fall Festival entitled “The One True Hero” will take place from 5 – 7 p.m. on Oct. 29, 2017. There will be games, inflatables, a candy giveaway, free hotdogs, a hayride and “the Truth of God’s Word… that Jesus Christ is the ONE True Hero.”

Faith Baptist Church, 1789 GA Hwy 11 NW. Monroe. Faith Baptist Church is having Trunk or Treat on Wednesday, November 1st at 8 pm.  It offers a safe place to get treats for ages 5th grade and below.

The Cross Loganville,  3275 Tig Knight Rd, Loganville, will have it’s Trunk or Treat and Fall Festival from 5:30- 7:30/ 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31. Admission is free.

The Orchard Church, 1950 Highway 81, Loganville: “Looking for safe Halloween alternative for the kids in the Loganville community? The Orchard church is on it! Come out the Wednesday before Halloween, for tons of candy, games, costume contests, and a live DJ! Chick-fil-A, Papa Johns and food trucks will be on hand for your concessions purchases.”

Faith Baptist is also doing a walk through drama called Judgement House on Oct. 28 and 29. The cost is $7 and a donation of canned goods. For reservations call 770-267-6603 or visit faithbaptistmonroe.org

Monroe Church of God, 1204 E. Church St., Monroe. Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat, from 4 – 7 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 29 – Candy, costumes, petting zoo, food, music, face painting. Free admission.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sanctuary Baptist Church, 3064 Oak Grove Road, Loganville, will have its Neewollah Fall Festival from 5 – 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28. Food, fun, games, bouncy houses, candy.
