Tuck Road development back on the Loganville City Council work session agenda for Monday

The regular City Council Meeting and voting session will follow on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2023

The City of Loganville City Council Work Session for October 2024 will be at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 7, 2024 in Council Chambers at Loganville City Hall located at 4303 Lawrenceville Road in Loganville. Once again, the Tuck Farm development is back up for discussion. Approval of the rezone requests for portions of the property located Walton and Gwinnett counties would open the way for the city to consider green lighting a mixed-use development on the entire 201.376 acre property located at the intersection off Tuck Road and Highway 20. The item has already been the topic of a Town Hall meeting in Loganville in April and has been on the Loganville City Council agenda in the past but had been tabled for the parties to address items of concern.

There also will be an executive session to address items related to real estate, litigation and cybersecurity.
